I took a long pause for peace & clarity. From April 2020 through June 2020 I immersed myself in what I most needed. Healing, clearing, resting, researching, and confronting myself with the truth about me and my life. Working with special groups and organizations and engaging in deep meditations, phenomenal processes, and extraordinary experiences have brought me to more peace & clarity from which to share my gifts with the world and to better serve others. Spiritual connection is especially important during extraordinary challenges. Filling with the warmth of Divine Light; feeling the tenderness of Divine Love; and knowing that we are held in the compassionate embrace of our Beloved Father-Mother-God can make all the difference in the world! Here are some of my favorite prayers for peace, protection and transformation. I hope that you will use them and trust in God for all things. May these prayers for peace, protection and transformation help to keep you safe and bring forth the fruits of Divine Grace in your life.
Coping with the coronavirus can feel scary. We are not comfortable with so much uncertainty. Many of us are worried about how we are going to live through and beyond this situation. So many aspects of our daily lives have been disrupted. There has been panic displayed as our basic survival instincts kicked in. But we want to be part of the solution. It’s good to take a few moments to center, ground, and focus. Let’s do our best to calm and care for ourselves and each other. We can do this – though we all may need some help. It’s a good time to take inventory and share our understanding and growth with each other.
We all need to do sensible detoxing periodically. Most of us are taking in a heavy load of toxins. Think about what’s in the air we breath, water we use, food & drinks we consume, skin & hair products we put on, and chemicals we encounter at home, school, work – out on farmland or in big cities. This blog post is not primarily about why we need to detox or how to choose the type of detox program that’s best for you. Those are very important and need to be examined thoroughly prior to detoxing. Here I’m pointing out that detoxing can be an emotional roller coaster. It’s good to prepare for that as you plan the suitable detox program for wherever you are on your wellness journey.
Ever have someone throw some sharp daggers your way? Does it feel like you’ve been the recipient of emotional dumping? If so, how did you handle it? Did you recoil and become defensive? Were you overcome with the desire to reciprocate and take aim with poison darts of your own? Did you obsess over things they said about you? Maybe you’re like me & said yes to all of those. It can be challenging to deal with negativity & criticism that is delivered inappropriately.
If we not know about principles of holistic wellness modalities such as the use of essential oils or homeopathic remedies versus the actions of allopathic medicines, we may not know that commonly prescribed drugs, such as antibiotics and steroids, drive disease processes deeper into the tissues and suppress them. The disease process will have to manifest at some point in the future if suppressed with pharmaceuticals. We are very fortunate that methods and technologies exists to balance the body, so it can heal itself.
